• Waterproof & PVD Durability: Crafted with premium PVD plating, this piece is highly tarnish-resistant and waterproof. However, to preserve the brilliant 18K gold luster for years to come, we recommend avoiding direct contact with harsh chemicals, heavy detergents, perfumes, and intense chlorinated water.

• Artisanal Texture Note: Please note that the unique, organic wrinkle texture is an intentional design feature of this contemporary piece. Variations in the surface depth are part of its unique aesthetic and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

• Handle Clasps Gently: Always open and close the hoop mechanism with care. Forcing or repeatedly bending the post can cause mechanical wear, which is classified as accidental damage and is not covered under warranty.

• Processing Time: All orders are carefully checked, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the purchase date.

• Delivery Window: Once dispatched, estimated delivery to the United Kingdom is 8 to 15 business days. Please note that transit times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, which are outside our operational control.

• Multi-Item Orders: To guarantee a smooth delivery process and ensure your packages arrive seamlessly without unexpected local import procedures, orders containing multiple items may be split and shipped in separate parcels. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.

• Address Accuracy: The customer is strictly responsible for providing a correct, complete, and safe shipping address at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or free replacements for items delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the buyer.

• Delivery Status & Non-Receipt Claims: Final delivery within the UK is handled by trusted local couriers (typically Royal Mail or Evri). Any claims regarding non-receipt of an item marked as "Delivered" by the courier must be reported to our customer service within 7 days of the stated delivery date. To resolve such claims, we will utilize delivery evidence provided by the carrier, including GPS tracking coordinates and photographic proof of delivery. The customer agrees to cooperate fully with any formal carrier investigations or local mail theft reports required to process a resolution.

• Unclaimed & Refused Packages: If a package is returned to our sorting center because it was unclaimed, refused, or because the carrier was unable to gain access after multiple delivery attempts, any re-shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these instances.

• Hygiene & Health Notice: Due to strict European and UK health and hygiene regulations, earrings, ear cuffs, and body jewellery are non-returnable and non-refundable if the security packaging has been opened, tampered with, or if the item shows any signs of wear. We can only accept returns for earrings that are completely unworn and returned in their original, unopened seal.

• 14-Day Right to Cancel: For earrings, the right to cancel only applies if the item is returned in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

• Damaged or Faulty Items: In compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund or replacement. If a manufacturing fault develops within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Please note that natural tarnishing, plating wear due to normal usage, or damage caused by failure to follow our Jewellery Care instructions does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
