To ensure your Aura Bold Curve Ring maintains its radiant golden lustre for years to come, we recommend the following care routine:

• Daily Wear & Water: Your ring is highly water-resistant and designed to withstand daily splashes without easily losing its lustre. However, to maximise the lifespan and brilliance of the gold plating, we strongly advise removing it before showering, swimming in chlorinated pools, or entering saltwater.

• Cosmetics & Chemicals: Avoid direct contact with harsh household chemicals, perfumes, hairsprays, and body lotions. Always allow your creams and fragrances to dry completely before putting your ring on.

• Cleaning: To restore its gorgeous golden lustre, gently wipe the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth or a microfibre jewellery cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or rough polishing solutions.

• Storage: When you are not wearing it, store your ring in a cool, dry place—ideally inside your original pouch or a lined jewellery box to prevent accidental scratches.

• Important Note: Like all polished metal finishes, this piece may show fine surface marks with regular wear and environmental friction. This is normal behaviour for polished jewellery and does not constitute a manufacturing defect. Such marks do not affect the ring's structural integrity and are distinct from manufacturing defects, which remain covered under our "Returns & Refunds" policy. Damage resulting from failure to follow our care instructions (such as exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals) is also not considered a manufacturing defect.

• Processing Time: All orders are carefully checked, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the purchase date.

• Delivery Window: Once dispatched, estimated delivery to the United Kingdom is 8 to 15 business days. Please note that transit times may be subject to minor variations due to customs clearance procedures, which operate outside our direct control.

• Multi-Item Orders: To guarantee a smooth delivery process and ensure your packages arrive seamlessly without unexpected local import procedures, orders containing multiple items may be split and shipped in separate parcels. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.

• Address Accuracy: The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct, complete, and safe shipping address at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or free replacements for items delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the buyer. We strongly recommend carefully checking all address details before confirming your order.

• Delivery Status & Non-Receipt Claims: Final delivery within the UK is handled by trusted local couriers (typically Royal Mail or Evri). If an item is officially marked as "Delivered" by the courier but you claim not to have physically received it, please report this to our customer service support as soon as possible, and no later than 7 calendar days from the recorded delivery date. To resolve such claims, we will immediately initiate an investigation with the carrier, utilising GPS tracking coordinates and photographic proof of delivery, where available. The customer agrees to cooperate fully with any formal carrier investigations or local mail theft reports required to process a swift resolution. If the carrier's official investigation confirms successful delivery to the address provided, we reserve the right to decline a refund or re-shipment. In such cases, we will assist you with the necessary documentation to dispute the claim directly with the carrier. To process non-receipt claims, we may request a signed declaration confirming non-receipt and, where mail theft is suspected, a police crime reference number.

• Unclaimed & Refused Packages: If a package is returned to our sorting centre because it was unclaimed, refused, or because the carrier was unable to gain access after multiple delivery attempts, our team will make several additional attempts to contact you via the email and phone number provided at checkout. If we are unable to establish contact to coordinate a re-shipment within 14 days of the package's return to our facility, the order will be processed as a return. At this stage, a refund of the product value will be issued to your original payment method, deducting any administrative or standard delivery costs incurred. If you request a re-delivery after contact is established, new delivery fees will apply.

• 14-Day Right to Cancel: In accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange for any reason. To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel within this period. 2

• Item Condition & Value Diminution: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unmodified condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, security seals, and protective inserts. You have the right to inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. However, if the item shows clear signs of wear, scratches, or cosmetic damage resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we reserve the right under UK law to apply a deduction reflecting the reduction in value caused. This deduction will be proportionate to the damage, potentially up to the full price paid for the item. Returned items that do not meet these conditions may have the refund refused or be returned to the customer at their expense.

• Return Shipping & Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance, as the goods remain the customer's responsibility until they safely arrive at our designated return facility. We cannot issue refunds for return packages lost or damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

• Inspection & Processing: Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a mandatory physical and technical inspection by our quality control team to ensure it strictly meets our return conditions. This verification process is typically completed within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of approval and will be credited back to your original payment method.

• Damaged or Faulty Items: In compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately and no later than 30 calendar days from the delivery date to receive a full refund or replacement. If a manufacturing fault develops within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement of your choice where reasonably practicable. Please note that natural tarnishing, plating wear due to normal usage, or damage caused by failure to follow our Jewellery Care instructions (such as exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals) does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this policy. Photographic or video evidence of the reported defect is strictly required to initiate a claim.
