Daily Protection

• Apply products first: Put rings on after body lotions, perfumes, hairspray, or hand sanitiser.

• Avoid chores: Remove before washing up or using harsh household detergents.

• Keep them gleaming: Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh body washes or chlorine.

Quick 3-Step Cleaning

• Soak: Leave for 5–10 mins in warm water with a few drops of mild washing-up liquid.

• Brush: Use an extra-soft toothbrush around the edges of the stone. Do not scrub hard.

• Rinse & Dry: Rinse under warm water and dry thoroughly with a microfibre cloth.

• Pinky Ring & Daily Wear: Because signet rings styled for the pinky finger are worn on the outermost edge of the hand, they are naturally exposed to significantly more lateral impacts, knocks, and accidental surface scraping during daily activities. Minor scratches, dents, or accelerated plating wear due to this specific positioning are classified as normal wear-and-tear and do not qualify for a manufacturing defect claim.

• To prevent stone loss, avoid dropping the item on hard surfaces and strictly remove the ring before exposing it to thermal shocks (hot showers, saunas), heavy water immersion, or harsh chemicals (hand sanitizers, perfumes, cleaning products). The loss of stones due to chemical exposure or physical impact is considered accidental wear and is not covered under our manufacturing warranty.

Please note: Gold plating may naturally wear over time depending on usage. Following these care instructions will maximise the longevity of your piece.

• Processing Time: All orders are carefully checked, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the purchase date.

• Delivery Window: Once dispatched, estimated delivery to the United Kingdom is 8 to 15 business days. Please note that transit times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, which are outside our operational control.

• Multi-Item Orders: To guarantee a smooth delivery process and ensure your packages arrive seamlessly without unexpected local import procedures, orders containing multiple items may be split and shipped in separate parcels. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.

• Address Accuracy: The customer is strictly responsible for providing a correct, complete, and safe shipping address at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or free replacements for items delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the buyer.

• Delivery Status & Non-Receipt Claims: Delivery Status & Non-Receipt Claims (UK)Final delivery within the UK is handled by trusted local couriers (typically Royal Mail or Evri). If an item is marked as "Delivered" by the courier but you have not physically received it, please report this to our customer service support as soon as possible. To resolve such claims, we will immediately initiate an investigation with the carrier using GPS tracking coordinates and photographic proof of delivery. The customer agrees to cooperate fully with any formal carrier investigations or local mail theft reports required to process a swift resolution. If the carrier's investigation confirms successful delivery to the address provided, we reserve the right to decline a refund or reshipment. In such cases, we may still assist you in disputing the claim directly with the carrier. To process non-receipt claims, we may also request a signed declaration confirming non-receipt and, where theft is suspected, a police crime reference number.

• Unclaimed & Refused Packages: If a package is returned to our sorting center because it was unclaimed, refused, or because the carrier was unable to gain access after multiple delivery attempts, our team will make several additional attempts to contact you via the email and phone number provided at checkout. If we are unable to establish contact to coordinate a re-shipment within 14 days of the package's return to our facility, the order will be considered a return. At this stage, a full refund of the product and original standard shipping cost will be issued to your original payment method. If you request a re-delivery after contact is established, new delivery fees will apply. This 14-day contact window is essential for managing our international and local logistics hubs.

• 14-Day Right to Cancel: In accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have a 14-day “cooling-off” period from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange for any reason.

• Item Condition & Value Diminution: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unmodified condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, and protective inserts. You have the right to inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. However, if the item shows signs of wear, scratches, or cosmetic damage resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, we may apply a deduction reflecting the reduction in value caused. This deduction will be proportionate to the damage and will not exceed the price paid for the item.

• Return Shipping & Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance, as the goods remain the customer's responsibility until they safely arrive at our designated return facility. We cannot issue refunds for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

• Inspection & Processing: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

• Damaged or Faulty Items: In compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund or replacement. If a manufacturing fault develops within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement of your choice where reasonably practicable. Please note that natural tarnishing, plating wear due to normal usage, or damage caused by failure to follow our Jewellery Care instructions (such as exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals) does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this policy. Photographic or video evidence of the reported defect is required to initiate a claim.
