To keep your Classic Aura Hoops looking their brilliant best for years to come, we recommend following these simple care steps:

 

• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Although highly durable, always apply perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions before putting on your earrings to protect the gold plating.

 

• Keep Them Clean: Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth (such as a microfibre cloth) after wearing to remove any oils or dust.

 

• Safe Storage: When not in use, store your hoops in a cool, dry place — ideally inside a soft pouch or a lined jewellery box to prevent scratches.

 

• Pools and Spas: We advise removing your gold-plated pieces before swimming in chlorinated pools or relaxing in hot tubs to maintain their radiant finish.

 

• Handle Clasps Gently: This item features a classic hoop mechanism. The post (the part that goes through the ear) is designed to be slightly flexible to allow for safe closure. Always open and close the earrings gently. Bending the post repeatedly with force or pulling heavily on the clicker mechanism can cause mechanical failure or snapping, which is classified as accidental wear-and-tear and is not covered under our manufacturing warranty.

 

Please note: 18K Gold Plating may naturally wear over time depending on usage. Following these care instructions will maximise the longevity and brilliance of your piece.

• Processing Time: All orders are carefully checked, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the purchase date.

 

• Delivery Window: Once dispatched, estimated delivery to the United Kingdom is 8 to 15 business days. Please note that transit times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, which are outside our operational control.

 

• Multi-Item Orders: To guarantee a smooth delivery process and ensure your packages arrive seamlessly without unexpected local import procedures, orders containing multiple items may be split and shipped in separate parcels. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.

 

• Address Accuracy: The customer is strictly responsible for providing a correct, complete, and safe shipping address at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or free replacements for items delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the buyer.

 

• Delivery Status & Non-Receipt Claims: Final delivery within the UK is handled by trusted local couriers (typically Royal Mail or Evri). Any claims regarding non-receipt of an item marked as "Delivered" by the courier must be reported to our customer service within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

 

• Unclaimed & Refused Packages: If a package is returned to our sorting centre because it was unclaimed, refused, or because the carrier was unable to gain access after multiple delivery attempts, any re-shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Hygiene & Health Notice: Due to strict European and UK health and hygiene regulations, earrings, ear cuffs, and body jewellery are non-returnable and non-refundable if the security packaging has been opened, tampered with, or if the item shows any signs of wear. We can only accept returns for earrings that are completely unworn and returned in their original, unopened seal.

 

• 14-Day Right to Cancel: For earrings, the right to cancel only applies if the item is returned in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

 

• Damaged or Faulty Items: In compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund or replacement. If a manufacturing fault develops within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Please note that natural tarnishing, plating wear due to normal usage, or damage caused by failure to follow our Jewellery Care instructions does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

 

• How to Start a Claim: If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer support team at supportregentaura@gmail.com to initiate your claim process. Do not send items back without prior authorisation.
